Through my CAS experiences I am developing my collaborative skills. After I have completed a certain task I reflect upon it and think of how I can do better the next time around.
I believe that I have had a very slow start to my CAS with regards to starting my projects (CAS experiences) along with reflecting on my outcomes. This alone has taught me that time is very precious and that we have to be very organised along with being able to manage our time is essential. Determination and perseverance is also another learning outcome that I believe is crucial, with out those learning outcomes I don't believe that it is possible to have exemplary results and outcomes for your CAS experiences.
I am developing my learning outcomes in CAS continuously; I am identifying my own strength and growth in tennis because I see improvements in my shots; Showing commitment and perseverance because I attend class every week and play also outside of my class. These are the two learning outcomes that I have developed more in my projects
Developing a platform to help students study in my school is an activity that helped me fulfill many of my LOs. This activity helped me realize that one of my weaknesses is time management when it comes to organizing meetings and setting deadlines. This CAS project also helped me consider the ethical choices my team should make in deciding the privacy policy for the users. Lastly, by embarking in a a new project like this, I'm challenging myself in new ways and developing new skills related to coding
Thanks for your comment Alberto. I really agree with you, by doing this project, ethical implications is something to take care about. Also you are developing a collaborative project aren't you?
I have developed new skills by identifying my own strengths and for the first time in my life, I planned for my CAS experience. I believe that collaborating with intelligent people can help others to grow as a person. I think to develop the LO, need more ideas of LO and think more about the links or extensions can be made in the experiences.

Yes, I forgot to mention that this project also helps me in developing collaboration skills. Regarding the help, we contacted Mr. Pio who will be supervising and helping us during the developing stage of the platform so that we're not too lost. Moreover I sometimes meet with Ms. Hexler for ethical considerations. I think I' settled, but if you have any idea or advice I'd be more than happy to hear it.
I am trying to collaborate with others by contacting with associations, such as Peter Pan onlus, but then they denied my help so I contacted amaci onlus. This also shows perseverance and dedication, i am willing to try and help these kids and either way I will do my best to try and achieve this, even if I have to ask to multiple associations to be able to help them
I have been developing my learning outcomes while I have been participating in a basketball team. I improve my collaborative skills as I have to communicate with the rest of my team mates. Although this has been a challenge for me since no one speaks English. This forces me to push myself and while playing basketball and improving my skills I simultaneously challenge myself to communicate in Italian. In the beginning it was a challenge for me to manage school work and going to practices. Now I have found a way to balance my schedule and have time for both but still prioritizing schoolwork when I have to.

I have been developing my learning outcomes through ny activity which is karate, with a karate exam coming up I have been attending every lesson which helped me show my perserverance and it also made me undertake new challenges because I've never participated in a marshal arts exam. -Jessica
I meet my CAS advisor regularly who helps me develop my CAS experiences whilst focusing on the learning outcomes.
